On time and organized. They shipped my 1977 Chevy k10 pickup from Chicago to Nashville and got it there in two days. The gentleman who came to pick the truck up was very polite and reconfirmed when I should expect to get the vehicle. Besides the driver I spoke with a woman named stephanie. She offered some amazing customer service from start to finish. It arrived on time looking just how it left. They brought it right to our new driveway.

With the lease swap app I found a guy in Dallas who wanted to fully take over my car lease. Once all the details were confirmed the next task was getting in there. My work schedule was too busy and he preferred to have it delivered. Extra Mile did a good job at being the middleman making sure the car got there safely without a scratch. To be even safer it was done with enclosed shipping (more expensive but better). This place was the final piece of the puzzle to help me get off a pricey lease. Thank you.

Great people to work with. The dispatcher always returned my calls and texts within an hour or two at most. They kept us updated while our vehicle was on its way to Los Angeles. First time shipping a car and I’m glad we chose this one. Vehicle was picked up and dropped off without a scratch on it. Everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with.

Let me take a moment to give a huge shout out to ANATOLIE! Travel nurse taking a new assignment in Oregon. I was uneasy about transport/delivery since I would not be arriving in OR until a few days after delivery of the vehicle. Anatolie communicated with me during the entire transfer from Michigan, even providing me with pictures of the car in its delivered location.

A great and reliable transport company! I used them a few months ago shipping my 2013 Honda accord from Florida to Los Angeles. I had a responsible driver his name was Andrew who picked up my honda in time and delivered it without any issues, I was impressed of their professionalism and keeping the communication with me all the time!! My family is gonna use them again transporting car from Detroit to LA. Totally recommend!!!

Great service !! I’ve used Extra Mile to ship my new car from Naples, FL to Chicago, IL. I was worried about someone else driving it and damaging it in the process. However, everything turned out just fine – the driver was very knowledgable and cautious about driving stick shift, he did not burn the clutch lol. On top of that, the customer service was very nice and gave me updates throughout, also their electronic system was easy to work with.

My daughter needed her car to be shipped from the Chicago area to LA California. I didn’t do my homework at first and almost went with a really bad company. Lucky for me, because of their lack of communications I found Direct Express a broker company that uses Extra Mile Transport. Our driver John , with EXTRA MILE TRANSPORT was fantastic ! The communication he provided was outstanding. If I text him he would answer me back right away. He was on time picking the car up and the car was delivered at the exact day and time he thought he could be there. Smooth as glass ! I would highly recommend this company, Be smart, do your homework and remember the little extra you might pay is well worth the money.

Chgo to Cali. Met me at Costco at 11 am on Monday (with more cars to pickup) and Delivered to Apple Valley Ca at 9 pm on Wednesday. When Ion Vitea called my family to announce delivery in a couple of hours we were SURE it was a mistake. Wrong car? Did he sleep? He unloaded the car in the dark (no street lights in the desert) without ANY effort.
He is a machine. I gave him a nice tip but it still feels like it was not enough. When I met him, I knew that I was in excellent hands, I never once had the urge to check his whereabouts and i’m a control freak and I don’t fool around… at all. I scheduled through Montway. very fast delivery. i tried another company but they were slow on providing an estimate for pick up. called extra mile on a friday and they had a driver by Monday. my car was delivered by that saturday. the driver had great communication along the process and the price was right.
